Video: Gender Gap in Requests for Pay and Promotions

Indeed surveyed 2,000 American adults in December 2020 to find out how the pandemic is impacting workers’ feelings about asking for benefits like pay and promotion. Specifically, we compared respondents’ comfort levels now with asking for a benefit versus their comfort before COVID-19, paying particular attention to how these attitudes differed along gender lines.
