Felix Aidala is an economist at the Indeed Hiring Lab, focusing on the U.S. labor market. Prior to joining Indeed, he worked as a research analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. He holds a B.A. in economics from The College of New Jersey and an M.A. in economics from Duke University.
