Annina Hering is a Senior Economist at the Indeed Hiring Lab, where she bridges economics, data science, and data engineering to uncover labor market insights. Annina earned her Ph.D. in social science from the University of Cologne. Before joining Indeed, she was a postdoctoral researcher at the Max Planck Institute for the Study of Societies (MPIfG) and a member of the International Max Planck Research School on the Social and Political Constitution of the Economy (IMPRS-SPCE). She also holds a master’s degree in sociology and empirical research from the University of Cologne and a bachelor’s degree in politics and society from the University of Bonn.
