July Labour Force Survey: Recovery Continues, But At A Slower Pace

With a vertical axis ranging from -60% to 10%, the graph shows the % employment change from Jan 2020 to Jun 2020 in all industries (Total), in Information, culture and recreation, in Accomodation and food services, and in Other services (ex public administration). All 4 lines were around 0% through January and started to drop in February and through April. Accommodation and food services took the largest drop with -50% in April, while the other three remained above -30%. By June 2020, Total was at -9%, Other services was at -16%, Information, culture and recreation was at -17%, and Accommodation and food services was at -33%. Caption added post-publication.
