An is an economist at the Indeed Hiring Lab, focusing on the U.S. labour market. Before joining Indeed, she spent over a decade as an economist with the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, where she contributed to programs in employment projections and national compensation and occupational requirements. She completed her undergraduate and graduate studies in economics at Northern Illinois University.
