{"id":12585,"date":"2023-02-28T08:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-02-28T07:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hiringlab.org\/fr\/?p=12585"},"modified":"2024-04-02T20:01:03","modified_gmt":"2024-04-02T18:01:03","slug":"marche-du-travail-en-fevrier-2023-poursuite-de-la-baisse-du-chomage","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hiringlab.org\/fr\/blog\/2023\/02\/28\/marche-du-travail-en-fevrier-2023-poursuite-de-la-baisse-du-chomage\/","title":{"rendered":"<strong>March\u00e9 du travail en f\u00e9vrier 2023 : poursuite de la baisse du ch\u00f4mage<\/strong>"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>Focus : l\u2019augmentation de l\u2019emploi des seniors, cons\u00e9quence du repoussement de l\u2019\u00e2ge l\u00e9gal<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet de r\u00e9forme des retraites repose la question de l\u2019emploi des \u00ab seniors \u00bb, la France affichant un taux d\u2019emploi des 55-64 ans \u00e0 56,0 % en 2021, tr\u00e8s inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 l\u2019Allemagne (76,9 %) et inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la moyenne de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne (60,5 %).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 les difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es par les seniors sur le march\u00e9 du travail, leur taux d\u2019emploi est en augmentation constante depuis 2010, sous l\u2019effet des r\u00e9formes successives des retraites. Ainsi, la r\u00e9forme Woerth de 2010 avait augment\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois l\u2019\u00e2ge minimum l\u00e9gal (\u00e0 62 ans), de l\u2019\u00e2ge du taux plein (\u00e0 67 ans) et la dur\u00e9e de cotisation pour le taux plein (\u00e0 41,5 ans pour la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration 1956) et la r\u00e9forme Touraine de 2014 avait port\u00e9 cette derni\u00e8re dur\u00e9e \u00e0 43 ans \u00e0 partir de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration 1973.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/8iPN9TaUdhL6fDVvYr1tvpChRMI1fCIB6Suw6DGu1fr-TFvt0j4Gz76NczdwWvZmkaiVLodPn55pwGaJzCxUaO-KTyoj0l3LLoyRPojeD1ISwyzZRNb66tB4UrDeVPDcLJVtNMEg7EZXifJ4pYro_jE\" alt=\"Ce graphique en courbes figure l\u2019\u00e9volution des taux d\u2019emploi rebas\u00e9s des 15-24 ans, 25-49 ans, 50-64 ans et 55-64 ans depuis le premier trimestre 2003 jusqu\u2019au quatri\u00e8me trimestre 2022, selon l\u2019Insee.\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Ce graphique en courbes figure l\u2019\u00e9volution des taux d\u2019emploi rebas\u00e9s des 15-24 ans, 25-49 ans, 50-64 ans et 55-64 ans depuis le premier trimestre 2003 jusqu\u2019au quatri\u00e8me trimestre 2022, selon l\u2019Insee.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Le vieillissement de la population active repr\u00e9sente par ailleurs une tendance de long terme qui incitera les entreprises \u00e0 mieux int\u00e9grer les seniors. Le taux d\u2019emploi des seniors devrait donc pour longtemps encore conditionner les \u00e9volutions du taux d\u2019emploi global.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Un march\u00e9 du travail toujours sous tension, mais toujours tributaire de l\u2019\u00e9volution de la conjoncture<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec un taux de ch\u00f4mage quasi stable sur le quatri\u00e8me trimestre (7,2 %), le march\u00e9 du travail fran\u00e7ais pr\u00e9sente toujours les conditions les plus favorables pour les candidats depuis le premier trimestre 2008, juste avant la grande crise financi\u00e8re. Non comptabilis\u00e9es dans les chiffres du ch\u00f4mage, les personnes qui souhaitent travailler sans \u00eatre disponibles ou effectuer des recherches actives (halo) repr\u00e9sentent cependant 4,5 % de la population en \u00e2ge de travailler (15-64 ans), soit son niveau du quatri\u00e8me trimestre 2018. Au deuxi\u00e8me trimestre 2008, le halo ne repr\u00e9sentait que 3,5 % des 15-64 ans. La part des jeunes ni en emploi ni en formation (12,5 % au quatri\u00e8me trimestre) repasse en outre au-dessus de son niveau d\u2019avant crise (12,2 % au quatri\u00e8me trimestre 2019).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le taux d\u2019emplois vacants reflue l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e0 2,3 % contre 2,5 % au troisi\u00e8me trimestre. \u00c0 son plus bas au deuxi\u00e8me trimestre 2009, il \u00e9tait de 0,4 %. Les cr\u00e9ations d\u2019emplois dans le priv\u00e9 marquent le pas au quatri\u00e8me trimestre, en hausse de seulement 3 000 postes. Les services hors int\u00e9rim affichent une destruction nette de 11 400 emplois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le march\u00e9 du travail reste pour une large part tributaire de l\u2019\u00e9volution de la conjoncture. D\u2019apr\u00e8s la Banque de France, le nombre de faillites d\u2019entreprises continue d\u2019augmenter, mais reste en de\u00e7\u00e0 du niveau pr\u00e9-pand\u00e9mique. Or le resserrement des conditions de financement et l\u2019incertitude macro\u00e9conomique p\u00e8seront fortement sur la demande. En attendant de pouvoir mesurer l\u2019impact des prochaines d\u00e9cisions de la BCE, l\u2019indice PMI S&amp;P Global Flash composite de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 globale ressort \u00e0 51,6 en f\u00e9vrier (contre 49,1 en janvier), signalant un retour de l\u2019expansion \u00e9conomique, tir\u00e9e par le secteur des services.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le
