Le tutoiement dans les offres d\u2019emploi, fr\u00e9quent dans certains secteurs, peut dissuader les candidats les plus \u00e2g\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Principaux enseignements :&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En moyenne, 3,2 % de l\u2019ensemble des offres utilisent le tutoiement ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans le marketing, les m\u00e9dias et la communication, les recruteurs utilisent le tutoiement dans plus d\u2019une offre sur dix.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/VJA-kINvZ5NpwlQtPy0ahPHiaFoe8BlOgIAVmv-HDxbcFg5Olsgpq-6bSvlIXtVXgaPHTtM_7sTwrKvzOravFTtSYBGzajT3_ZE9zKk_s51Z5W1egeYizSNSZLBhLvS4t_ATtvYGGHmKwA6y8L_UZ9I\" alt=\"Ce tableau liste les cat\u00e9gories de m\u00e9tiers (premi\u00e8re colonne) pour lesquelles le poids du tutoiement dans les offres (deuxi\u00e8me colonne) est le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9. Les donn\u00e9es portent sur les annonces disponibles sur Indeed France en 2002.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec <a href=\"https:\/\/dares.travail-emploi.gouv.fr\/publication\/les-seniors-sur-le-marche-du-travail-en-2021\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">56 % des 55-64 ans en emploi<\/a>, la France se situe en dessous de la moyenne de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne (60,5 %) sur l\u2019emploi des seniors. Pour les 60-64 ans, le taux d\u2019emploi tombe \u00e0 35,5 %, pr\u00e8s de 11 points sous la moyenne europ\u00e9enne. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.research.natixis.com\/Site\/fr\/author\/34814\/publication\/BowJBej3fhp9_KO_hrWicQ%3D%3D\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">La proximit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e2ge l\u00e9gal de la retraite ne suffit pas \u00e0 expliquer ce faible taux d\u2019emploi<\/a>, d\u2019o\u00f9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019emploi des seniors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le march\u00e9 du recrutement appara\u00eet naturellement comme la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape. L\u2019usage du tutoiement dans les offres d\u2019emploi peut en effet refl\u00e9ter des strat\u00e9gies dont une cons\u00e9quence pourrait \u00eatre d\u00e9courager les candidatures de la part des seniors, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.qapa.fr\/news\/les-travailleurs-francais-se-tutoient-ils-ou-pas\/#:~:text=Les%20jeunes%20et%20les%20seniors%20sont%20plus%20vouvoy%C3%A9s%20que%20les%20autres&amp;text=Ainsi%2C%2040%25%20des%2018%2D,utilis%C3%A9%20%C3%A0%20plus%20de%2090%25.\" target=\"_blank\">relativement moins \u00e0 l\u2019aise avec le tutoiement<\/a>. En moyenne sur l\u2019ensemble des offres, 3,2 % des annonces utilisent le tutoiement au lieu du vouvoiement ou d\u2019un ton impersonnel. La situation est tr\u00e8s variable selon les m\u00e9tiers. Dans le marketing, les m\u00e9dias et la communication, le tutoiement est utilis\u00e9 dans plus de 10 % des offres et dans pr\u00e8s de 9 % pour les m\u00e9tiers \u00ab tech \u00bb du d\u00e9veloppement informatique. \u00c0 l\u2019inverse, moins de 1 % des offres dans la sant\u00e9, les math\u00e9matiques et les statistiques sont concern\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si l\u2019usage du tutoiement peut se comprendre sur certains postes traditionnellement pris\u00e9s par les jeunes (les recruteurs cherchant \u00e0 rendre le poste et l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re de travail \u00ab sympathiques \u00bb), il contribue aussi \u00e0 v\u00e9hiculer le pr\u00e9jug\u00e9 que les seniors ne seraient pas \u00e0 leur place dans certains m\u00e9tiers. Pourtant, ils peuvent apporter leur exp\u00e9rience et une sensibilit\u00e9 diff\u00e9rente au sein d\u2019une \u00e9quipe o\u00f9 la moyenne d\u2019\u00e2ge est moins \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Un aspect \u00e0 ne pas n\u00e9gliger pour les entreprises dans un contexte de vieillissement de la population et de d\u00e9veloppement rapide de la \u00ab silver economy \u00bb.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>M\u00e9thodologie<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les offres qui utilisent le tutoiement sont d\u00e9finies comme celles qui contiennent le pronom \u00ab tu \u00bb dans le
