Parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 une d\u00e9mographie solide, et \u00e0 l\u2019inverse du Royaume-Uni, le pays a vu son taux d\u2019activit\u00e9 augmenter, y compris celui des 55-64 ans (qui reste cependant structurellement bas). Si l\u2019activit\u00e9 partielle a permis de prot\u00e9ger les actifs au plus fort de la pand\u00e9mie, le ralentissement \u00e0 venir posera n\u00e9anmoins de nouveaux d\u00e9fis sur le march\u00e9 du travail.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le premier d\u2019entre eux r\u00e9sulte des frictions dues au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. Une enqu\u00eate Glassdoor men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de salari\u00e9s fran\u00e7ais a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que deux tiers d&rsquo;entre eux estiment que le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail leur permet de mieux concilier vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e, alors que les employeurs fran\u00e7ais restent plus r\u00e9ticents que leurs homologues britanniques, allemands ou am\u00e9ricains \u00e0 le proposer \u00e0 leurs collaborateurs. Un autre aspect des changements apport\u00e9s par la pand\u00e9mie r\u00e9side dans la perte de la centralit\u00e9 du travail dans les priorit\u00e9s de vie pour de nombreux actifs. En cons\u00e9quence, les dirigeants d&rsquo;entreprise devront r\u00e9agir et \u00eatre attentifs au bien-\u00eatre de leurs collaborateurs. En France, une augmentation d&rsquo;une \u00e9toile dans la notation Glassdoor est ainsi associ\u00e9e \u00e0 une baisse de 25 % de la probabilit\u00e9 de chercher \u00e0 quitter l\u2019entreprise, un chiffre plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 qu\u2019en Allemagne ou au Royaume-Uni. Enfin, de nombreux efforts sont faits dans les pays o\u00f9 le taux de ch\u00f4mage est tr\u00e8s bas pour mieux inclure les personnes issues de la diversit\u00e9 sur le march\u00e9 du travail. En plus d&rsquo;un imp\u00e9ratif de justice sociale, il y a l\u00e0 un gisement de productivit\u00e9 \u00e0 exploiter pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier pleinement de la reprise \u00e9conomique,
