Elle se situait \u00e0 19,5 % en octobre, contre 24,4 % en ao\u00fbt.<\/li><li>Pass\u00e9 la reprise de septembre, cette \u00e9volution \u00e9tait plut\u00f4t attendue dans la mesure o\u00f9 de nombreuses personnes (jeunes, \u00e9tudiants en particulier) sont moins proactives dans leurs recherches. La balle est d\u00e9sormais dans le camp des recruteurs s\u2019ils veulent toucher ces publics.<\/li><li>L\u2019insuffisance de l\u2019\u00e9pargne reste la principale motivation des 8,6 % qui d\u00e9clarent chercher de fa\u00e7on urgente.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous livrons ici une actualisation succincte de notre enqu\u00eate aupr\u00e8s d\u2019un \u00e9chantillon de personnes en \u00e2ge de travailler, point d\u2019\u00e9tape avant un compte rendu plus long, effectu\u00e9 chaque trimestre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur les mois de septembre et octobre, les candidats potentiels sont moins nombreux \u00e0 d\u00e9clarer chercher activement un emploi. La proportion de ceux qui d\u00e9clarent rester ouverts aux propositions est \u00e9galement en recul par rapport aux mois de juillet et ao\u00fbt. Cinq modalit\u00e9s sont possibles : recherche active et urgente, recherche active non urgente, pas en recherche mais ouvert(e) aux propositions, pas de recherche mais pourrait le faire \u00e0 l\u2019avenir, pas de recherche et ne pense pas en faire.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Concernant ceux qui recherchent activement un emploi de fa\u00e7on urgente, la proportion de ceux qui font leur entr\u00e9e sur le march\u00e9 du travail chute de fa\u00e7on sensible, \u00e0 8,5 % en octobre contre 14,0 % en ao\u00fbt, ce qui laisse penser que beaucoup d\u2019\u00e9tudiants ont pu trouver un emploi avant septembre. C\u2019est toutefois une \u00e9pargne financi\u00e8re insuffisante qui pousse les candidats \u00e0 chercher de fa\u00e7on urgente, 40,5 % d\u2019entre eux citant cette explication comme \u00e9tant la principale raison de l\u2019urgence de leur recherche.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/G0bbWS9tKG2c9fdpnayfl6rihz-ey04YaWZN_-P5fbGbgrVq5R6KQP4-kgCempXS83tpm3nZkY9ACqeStzsmAzr7oLy7BbPoNlfGhOb10e04Ji9x17YkcUx17dswSuRiU3noRuLj\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption><em>Cet histogramme pr\u00e9sente les raisons expliquant l\u2019urgence des recherches, en proportion des sond\u00e9s qui cherchent un emploi en urgence, de juillet \u00e0 octobre 2021.
