Inversement, les employeurs dans la vente de d\u00e9tail, le support administratif ou le service client ont l\u2019embarras du choix.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pole-emploi.org\/accueil\/actualites\/infographies\/offres-pourvues-et-abandons-de-recrutement.html?type=article\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Le nombre d\u2019offres \u00ab non pourvues \u00bb s\u2019\u00e9tablirait \u00e0 environ 300 000 en France d\u2019apr\u00e8s P\u00f4le emploi<\/a>. Afin de suivre l\u2019\u00e9volution du march\u00e9 du travail et en particulier de la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019appariement entre l\u2019offre et la demande de travail, nous proposons un indicateur de tension que nous publierons r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement \u00e0 partir de maintenant. Cette premi\u00e8re publication concerne le mois de mai 2020, qui marque la sortie progressive du confinement et la reprise de l\u2019activit\u00e9 dans de nombreux secteurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet indicateur de tension sur le march\u00e9 du travail est calcul\u00e9 sur les 25 principales cat\u00e9gories de m\u00e9tiers sur Indeed.fr. Il est calcul\u00e9 par diff\u00e9rence entre d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9, la part de la cat\u00e9gorie de m\u00e9tiers dans le total r\u00e9gional des annonces sur Indeed.fr, et d\u2019autre part, la part de clics d\u2019utilisateurs uniques dans la r\u00e9gion consid\u00e9r\u00e9e sur les annonces de cette cat\u00e9gorie. Nous convertissons ensuite cet indicateur en pourcentage. Une valeur positive implique un d\u00e9ficit de candidat, alors qu\u2019une valeur n\u00e9gative exprime un exc\u00e8s de candidat par rapport aux offres disponibles. Une note de bas de tableau d\u00e9finit l\u2019indicateur de tension\u00a0: la diff\u00e9rence entre la part de la cat\u00e9gorie dans le total des offres de la r\u00e9gion et la part de la cat\u00e9gorie dans le total des clics d\u2019utilisateurs uniques dans la r\u00e9gion. Les valeurs positives indiquent une part d\u2019annnonces plus importantes que la part des clis, et donc un march\u00e9 o\u00f9 il y a un d\u00e9ficit relatif de clics. Les valeurs n\u00e9gativent indiquent un d\u00e9ficit relatif d\u2019annonces. La source des donn\u00e9es est Indeed.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Le premier enseignement qui appara\u00eet \u00e0 l\u2019issue de l\u2019analyse est que fondamentalement, les \u00e9carts pour ces principales cat\u00e9gories de m\u00e9tiers ne sont pas si importants : aucune cat\u00e9gorie n\u2019affiche d\u2019indicateur de tension sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 10 ou inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 -10, ce qui veut dire que l\u2019\u00e9cart entre les parts d\u2019annonces et de clics n\u2019est jamais sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 10 points, et donc qu\u2019aucun grand secteur n\u2019est en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 sous forte tension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En revanche, &nbsp;il appara\u00eet que&nbsp;les&nbsp;m\u00e9tiers&nbsp;de la maintenance, de la r\u00e9paration et de la construction ont beaucoup plus de difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 attirer les candidats&nbsp;. Ces m\u00e9tiers souffrent en effet d\u2019une image assez d\u00e9favorable en raison de leur p\u00e9nibilit\u00e9, du travail en ext\u00e9rieur, et de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration souvent proche du SMIC. Avec des indicateur de tension sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 6, ces cat\u00e9gories de m\u00e9tier arrivent bien avant les soins infirmiers, \u00e0 2,8, pour les m\u00e9tiers qui sont le moins attractifs pour les candidats. D\u2019autres cat\u00e9gories, comme les m\u00e9tiers de la comptabilit\u00e9, de la production et fabrication ou la garde d\u2019enfants, affichent un indicateur de tension sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019inverse, les candidats ont tendance \u00e0 se porter un peu trop sur la vente au d\u00e9tail ou les m\u00e9tiers de l\u2019administration et du service clients.
