Or amender une nouvelle fois le Code du Travail, alors m\u00eame que les effets des r\u00e9formes de 2017-2018 n\u2019ont pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 rigoureusement isol\u00e9s, risque de poser une nouvelle fois le probl\u00e8me de la lisibilit\u00e9 pour les agents \u00e9conomiques, d\u2019\u00eatre source d&rsquo;incertitude et donc de peser sur l&rsquo;investissement, la croissance et l&#8217;emploi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il reste possible d\u2019agir sur le march\u00e9 du travail \u00e0 horizon 2025 \u00e0 travers trois pistes : l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la mobilit\u00e9 et du logement, la r\u00e9forme de la fiscalit\u00e9 et la modification des r\u00e8glements r\u00e9gissant certaines professions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>La construction de logements dans les zones tendues et l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la mobilit\u00e9 du quotidien garantiront une plus grande efficacit\u00e9 dans l\u2019appariement entre l\u2019offre et la demande sur le march\u00e9 du travail, en plus d\u2019agrandir et densifier les bassins d\u2019emploi.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Une r\u00e9forme fiscale portant prioritairement sur l\u2019imp\u00f4t sur le revenu permettrait d\u2019inciter \u00e0 la reprise ou l\u2019accroissement de l\u2019emploi.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Enfin, l\u2019ouverture des professions r\u00e9glement\u00e9es d\u00e9cloisonnerait de larges pans du march\u00e9 du travail tout en ouvrant des opportunit\u00e9s des carri\u00e8res aux actifs jusque-l\u00e0 exclus de certaines fonctions, bien qu\u2019ils aient les comp\u00e9tences pour les assumer.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Lien vers le rapport complet : <a href=\"https:\/\/d341ezm4iqaae0.cloudfront.net\/hiringlaborg\/sites\/4\/2019\/09\/02182432\/fr-2025-rapport.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">https:\/\/d341ezm4iqaae0.cloudfront.net\/hiringlaborg\/sites\/4\/2019\/09\/02182432\/fr-2025-rapport.pdf<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dans le contexte actuel de ralentissement de la croissance, continuer \u00e0 r\u00e9former le march\u00e9 du travail appara\u00eet imp\u00e9ratif en raison du niveau encore \u00e9lev\u00e9 du ch\u00f4mage (8,5 % en France au deuxi\u00e8me trimestre 2019).
