Ainsi le taux de ch\u00f4mage des cadres serait-il descendu en dessous des 4 %, que l\u2019on peut assimiler \u00e0 un taux de ch\u00f4mage frictionnel.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Face \u00e0 cette situation, de plus en plus d\u2019entreprises d\u00e9veloppent des strat\u00e9gies pour attirer et fid\u00e9liser les meilleurs candidats. Parmi les outils \u00e0 leur disposition figurent \u00e9videmment les incitations mon\u00e9taires, qui englobent \u00e0 la fois les salaires, les diff\u00e9rentes primes, et l\u2019int\u00e9ressement et la participation, mais aussi des avantages ayant trait au bien-\u00eatre au travail et \u00e0 la possibilit\u00e9 pour les candidats de gagner en flexibilit\u00e9 et en libert\u00e9. Le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail est une composante principale de cette cat\u00e9gorie d\u2019avantages, encourag\u00e9e par une loi de 2018.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Depuis septembre 2016, les annonces contenant le mot cl\u00e9 \u00ab t\u00e9l\u00e9travail \u00bb ont vu leur nombre multipli\u00e9 par pr\u00e8s de 6, alors que celles mentionnant l\u2019int\u00e9ressement ou la participation avaient augment\u00e9e de pr\u00e8s de 70 %. Les entreprises font donc de plus en plus le choix de la flexibilit\u00e9 lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019attirer les candidats.
