Les emplois en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 se sont multipli\u00e9s, et les chercheurs d\u2019emploi n\u2019ont pas manqu\u00e9 de le remarquer. Par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des recherches d\u2019emploi, celles pour ce genre de poste ont fait un bond de 16&nbsp;% entre 2015 et 2018. Malgr\u00e9 cela, elles sont encore loin d\u2019\u00e9galer la demande des employeurs&nbsp;: la proportion des recherches d\u2019emploi en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des recherches au Canada en d\u00e9cembre&nbsp;2018 correspondait \u00e0 moins d\u2019un cinqui\u00e8me de la proportion d\u2019offres dans ce domaine. Ainsi, les offres d\u2019emploi en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 obtiennent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement moins d\u2019attention que les autres offres dans les technologies, malgr\u00e9 des salaires moyens plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s. Les sp\u00e9cialistes de la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 en qu\u00eate d\u2019un emploi ont donc toutes les cartes en main. &nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Le nombre de recherches d\u2019emploi en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 augmente davantage que le nombre d\u2019offres, qui demeure toutefois bien plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 &nbsp;<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Nous r\u00e9pertorions les offres d\u2019emploi dans ce domaine en recensant les intitul\u00e9s contenant les mots \u00ab&nbsp;cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb, \u00ab&nbsp;s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l\u2019information&nbsp;\u00bb et \u00ab&nbsp;analyste de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb, de m\u00eame que les recherches contenant les m\u00eames termes.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ces postes recueillent une part de plus en plus grande des activit\u00e9s de recherche sur Indeed. La proportion de recherches d\u2019emploi en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des recherches a fait un bond de 16&nbsp;% entre 2015 et 2018. Malgr\u00e9 le regain d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat pour ces emplois, l\u2019offre demeure nettement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e que la demande. En outre, d\u2019autres indicateurs d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat comme le nombre moyen de clics par offre d\u2019emploi laissent entendre que les candidats sont moins nombreux dans ce domaine par rapport \u00e0 d\u2019autres. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Les technologies attirent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement moins d\u2019attention que d\u2019autres domaines d\u2019emploi, probablement en raison du caract\u00e8re sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 des postes. Or, en comparaison avec les autres emplois dans le vaste domaine des technologies, ceux en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 obtiennent encore moins de clics. Ce salaire \u00e9lev\u00e9 peut s\u2019expliquer par le bassin de talents restreint en raison des <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/techgenix.com\/cybersecurity-skills\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">connaissances sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> requises et par la pr\u00e9sence sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi de grandes entreprises des technologies et de la finance, qui ont les moyens d\u2019offrir une g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration. &nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La conjoncture&nbsp;\u2013 un faible taux de clics par offre et des salaires \u00e9lev\u00e9s&nbsp;\u2013 avantagera les chercheurs d\u2019emploi en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 cette ann\u00e9e, malgr\u00e9 la hausse continue de l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat pour ces emplois. La cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 restera assur\u00e9ment <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.itworldcanada.com\/article\/canada-is-a-prime-target-for-cybersecurity-attacks-in-2019\/414201\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">une priorit\u00e9<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> des entreprises canadiennes et des sites de commerce \u00e9lectronique ces prochaines ann\u00e9es. Il est crucial que ces emplois retiennent davantage l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat des chercheurs, et l\u2019arriv\u00e9e des jeunes sur le march\u00e9 du travail pourrait bien y contribuer. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><b>M\u00e9thodologie<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pour identifier les offres d&#8217;emploi dans le domaine de la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9, nous avons compil\u00e9 les offres d&#8217;emploi ayant des titres de postes comportant diverses combinaisons de termes tels <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">que : cybersecurity (cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9), security (s\u00e9curit\u00e9) analyst(e), and information security (s\u00e9curit\u00e9). Les recherches en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9es en utilisant la m\u00eame combinaison de termes. Le nombre de clics par offre a \u00e9t\u00e9 calcul\u00e9 mensuellement, avec une moyenne mensuelle pour 2018 normalis\u00e9e \u00e0 1.0 pour tous les
