September 2021) zugenommen. Wir aktualisieren regelm\u00e4\u00dfig unsere Analysen, um die Entwicklungen der Covid-19-Pandemie auf den Arbeitsmarkt zu beobachten.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Stellenausschreibungen auf Indeed sind ein Echtzeitma\u00df f\u00fcr die Aktivit\u00e4t auf dem Arbeitsmarkt. Am 24. September 2021 lagen sie um 29 % \u00fcber dem Stand vom 01. Februar 2020, dem Ausgangswert von vor der Pandemie.&nbsp; Saisonale Schwankungen haben wir bereinigt. Innerhalb der letzten Woche haben die Stellenausschreibungen um 0,4 Prozentpunkte zugenommen. \u00dcber die letzten vier Wochen liegt das Stellen-Wachstum bei 2,6 Prozentpunkten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ausblick<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Entwicklung der Stellenausschreibungen seit Beginn der Covid-19-Pandemie zeigt, dass sich der Arbeitsmarkt bereits nach dem ersten Lockdown begonnen hat zu erholen, aber bis Ende M\u00e4rz diesen Jahres gebraucht hat, um das Vorkrisenniveau zu erreichen. Die letzten Monate stimmen positiv. Ob das etwas abgeflachte Wachstum in den letzten Wochen eine Abk\u00fchlung des Arbeitsmarktes bedeutet, muss sich erst noch zeigen und sollte nicht \u00fcberbewertet werden. In den n\u00e4chsten Wochen werden wir uns die Entwicklung in Deutschland im internationalen Vergleich genauer anschauen und auch verschiedene Berufsgruppen genauer beleuchten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Methodische Hinweise<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Alle Zahlen in diesem Blogbeitrag sind die prozentuale Ver\u00e4nderung der saisonbereinigten Stellenausschreibungen seit dem 01. Februar 2020 unter Verwendung eines gleitenden Durchschnitts \u00fcber 7 Tage. Der 01. Februar 2020 stellt unseren Basiswert von vor der Pandemie dar. Wir bereinigen jede Zeitreihe saisonal, basierend auf historischen Mustern in den Jahren 2017, 2018 und 2019. Jede Zeitreihe, einschlie\u00dflich des nationalen Trends, der Berufssektoren und der subnationalen Geografien, wird separat saisonal bereinigt. Wir haben diese neue Methodik im Januar 2021 eingef\u00fchrt. Die Daten f\u00fcr den 24. bis 30. Juni 2021 fehlen und wurden interpoliert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieser Blogbeitrag basiert auf Informationen, die auf \u00f6ffentlich zug\u00e4nglichen Daten der Indeed Deutschland Website (und ggf. anderen genannten L\u00e4ndern).
