Zwar gehen die neu gemeldeten Stellen bei der Bundesagentur f\u00fcr Arbeit zur\u00fcck \u2013 um hier allerdings eine verl\u00e4ssliche Schlussfolgerung ziehen zu k\u00f6nnen, m\u00fcssen die Zahlen der <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iab.de\/de\/befragungen\/stellenangebot\/aktuelle-ergebnisse.aspx\">IAB-Stellenerhebung<\/a> abgewartet werden, die tats\u00e4chlich alle offenen Stellen in Deutschland umfassen, aber derzeit erst f\u00fcr das zweite Quartal 2019 vorliegen.  <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Oktober 2019 lag die Arbeitslosenquote bei 4,8 % und damit niedriger als im Vorjahresmonat. Die regionalen Unterschiede sind dabei weiterhin hoch. Dabei kann man nicht unbedingt von einem Ost-West-Unterschied sprechen, sondern eher von einem Nord-S\u00fcd-Gef\u00e4lle: Die niedrigste Arbeitslosenquote findet sich weiterhin in Bayern (2,7 %), Bremen hat mit 10 % auf Bundesl\u00e4nderebene weiterhin die h\u00f6chste Arbeitslosenquote. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein genauerer Blick auf die Arbeitslosigkeit verdeutlicht, dass ein Drittel der Betroffenen langzeitarbeitslos sind. Gerade die&nbsp; Langzeitarbeitslosigkeit war in den vergangenen Jahren r\u00fcckg\u00e4ngig und auch im Jahr 2019 sinkt der Anteil der Arbeitslosigkeit mit einer Dauer von \u00fcber einem Jahr weiterhin stark. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abschlie\u00dfend noch ein Wort zur Kurzarbeit: Die Zahl der Betriebe, die Kurzarbeit angezeigt haben, steigt. Deshalb werde ich in den kommenden Monaten ein besonderes Augenmerk darauf legen, wie sich die Zahl der dann auch tats\u00e4chlich von Kurzarbeit betroffenen Besch\u00e4ftigten entwickeln wird.
